Pumpkin Form


It's November 1st and there is way too much candy in this house.
Way.
Too.
Much.

And we have to wait 2 more days until we sell it to the dentist. Five big bags of candy.
Way.
Too.
Much.

So, I have decided to celebrate November (the month of my birth) with a tasty treat. As always, I include my Rain products in my day. I added some pumpkin goodness to my Form protein smoothie, and voila!

~ingredients~
1 scoop RAIN Form
1/2 cup organic pumpkin
1 cup cashew milk
big handful of ice
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon organic nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon organic cloves

(Please excuse the boot glass. All other glasses in my house were being washed)
