Our Rain Beginnings

A few people have asked me how we're using our Rain products.

It's Day 3. My husband AND I have both lost weight the last 2 days. This is crazy, considering yesterday I ate my emotions. Big time! I wish I could get this aspect of my life under control. I hope. I pray. I know what I should do, but if you only knew this one kid of mine. He can send me into a mind game of despair and agony, which leads me to reach for the organic ice cream and apple/cinnamon pastries. Why are these things even in my house? Ugh.

I am, however, getting some serious nutrients with my Rain products. I just need to have a better diet!

Day 1: Rain Soul in the early morning. Rain Form before I left for school. Rain Core in the afternoon. I didn't work out, as I was carting kids to multiple schools, teaching, swim team, piano lessons, etc. (Yep. Need a better workout AND diet)

Day 2: Rain Soul in the early morning. Rain Form around 10:30am. Rain Core in the afternoon. I overate BIG TIME this day.

Day 3: I took Rain Soul this morning then actually went to the gym! It's been wayyyyyyyy too long. I can't believe I took some time for myself. I event took a photo of my calorie count on the machine. After my workout, I mixed my Form and Core and made a smoothie. Dr. Weeks calls this concoction "Mint Chocolate", but it doesn't taste exactly like my mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Oh - and I've been doing the Rain Revri facial products each morning and night.

My husband has been taking one Soul right when he wakes up and one Soul in the evening each day. He's lost over 3 pounds. PLUS he says that he hasn't had difficulties with his A.D.D. (yes, he was diagnosed with ADD 8 years ago, and I finally got him off his pharmaceuticals in December, and onto a naturopathic option.

My son, J, has taken a Soul each morning and after his swim team practice yesterday, tried a Core. On the very first day, he immediately felt a change in one of his (major) OCD tendencies.

My son, Z, drank a Soul this morning.

So, that's where we are on our Rain journey. I'm excited to see how my friends are doing with their Rain products.

Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord! Psalm 31:24
